| THE RETURNEES |
 |
The Returnees highlights the myriad experience of
patriotic Jamaicans who return home with high hopes of spending
their twilight years “back
home”. It amusingly recounts the plight of the unwary returnee
who has to get wise to unscrupulous characters who prey on the
unsuspecting “British” coming
home to new experiences and life-styles.

| PRODIGAL MAN |
 |
Prodigal Man is a fictitious tale of high hopes
and broken dreams. Set in the mid-sixties to early seventies,
it depicts
that era's
migration trek from the Caribbean to Britain. The story is written
in a fast-flowing narrative dialogue with American phraseology.
And the setting of the story is punctuated with stunning scenes
and locations.
The author has endeavored to give every character their own
unique personality, while the two main characters, Jerri Adams
and Pearl
Gordon, maintained larger-than-life personalities throughout.
The story is hard-hitting, loving, soul-searching and humorous,
with an unusually dramatic conclusion. “The story closely follows
the biblical story-line of the Prodigal Son”
